Ai Chi

Since I just joined I am not sure what to do here. So I will just say I love Ai Chi for all that it can do for others and my self. Including body mind and spirit..with Spirit.

Sounds great- I haven't tried it- but I hear great things about it when I go to conferences...I nreally need to spend more time in the water...Thanks...
