Profile Information

My Aquatics Experience-in a nutshell is-
I use to attend Aquacise classes to de-stress from the corporate world in Utah. When I retired and moved to the Florida Keys I decided to become certified to teach water aerobics. I have been an H2O Instructor for 11 years.. I am also certified to certify new aquatic instructors.
My area of expertise (as others see me)
A nice drill sargent... people love my class but they don't get to socialize or talk much... love for everyone to get a good work out.
My current Aquatics related position is-
Director of Aquacise at a small ocean front resort.
