My Aquatics Experience-in a nutshell is-: 15+ yrs as a YMCA Aquatic Director.

My area of expertise (as others see me): Programming Pools. I have been lucky in the fact that I've been able to keep most time slots on the pool schedules I've managed full. Securing Funding for programs I offer. It is amazing to me how much opportunity is out there for Aquatic Facilities to tap into funding resources to subsidize current Aquatic programming. I was a competitive Swimmer at a young age. I swam on a variety of swim teams through my youth and high school years. After High School I became active in officiating swimming. I currently referee a variety of YMCA, High School and College Level Swimming Competitions. I have also spent a number of years as a YMCA and High School Swim Coach!!

My current Aquatics related position is-: YMCA Program Director (responsible for all Aquatic Operation at our Branch)
