My Aquatics Experience-in a nutshell is-
in the field for 20 plus years, started managing aquatic therapy facilities in 1989, Many certifications in near every water cert, as well as massage, personal training, medical exercise, Reiki and Therapeutic Touch, Chi gong, Ai Chi, laughter yoga. etc
My area of expertise (as others see me)
back rehab, post surgery, joint replacements
stroke and neurological conditions, paralysis,
arthritis and chronic pain
Seniors, non ambulatory, fear of falling, balance retraining
core strength, strength, flexibility, endurance, cardio, fitness, rehab
My current Aquatics related position is-
